Another thing about ECBs I discovered. The quarterly ECBs can be used for purchases online. The other ECBs from special sales cannot be. I learned this the hard way when I went out of town for a few weeks. First off, I thought they had a CVS where I was going, but they didn't. :( Then I tried to spend my ECBs online so I wouldn't just loose them, but it didn't work. I emailed the customer service, and they said only the quarterly ECBs can be used for online purchases.

Has anyone else had luck getting a lost ECB reset through customer service? I lost over $20 once and called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything about it. :(

Actually, if you lose an ECB you can call up customer service and ask them to reset it. It will print out on your next visit. Just thought you would like to know...
