Hello I was wondering where you get your Red Plum inserts. I live in Northern VA also. My Red Plum hasn’t come in the mail for the last 2 weeks. I emailed Red Plum but they told me to check their website to print their coupons.
I still get the Red Plum inserts in my local papers (Richmond Times and the Daily Progress), so unfortunately, I’m very unfamiliar with the new coupon mailings that Red Plum has started in some areas. Maybe you could try calling them, and another customer service rep would be able to help you a bit more? I’ve found that in some situations like this, the answer you receive and the action that’s taken to correct the problem often depends on the customer service rep you speak with. Sorry, I know that’s probably not a big help! Hope you get some answers quickly.

Thanks for responding back. I called customer service. They said a representative will contact me in the meantime. What stores sell the Richmond Times and the Daily Progress?
I’m actually not in Northern VA, so I’m not sure what stores in your area might sell those papers (and if the Red Plum inserts would be included in them in your area). Sorry! I’m in central VA.
