		<description>Wonderful job boiling down such a comprehensive event into a few key lessons, Dana. 

No. 3 is especially important these days. I feel like so much of the frustration between bloggers and brands is the fact that the most successful bloggers really spent years in the trenches, making great content and great connections. Lots of folks (whether they&#039;re on the brand or blogger side) expect fame and profit to appear overnight, which can lead to lots of disappointment. 

Great connecting with you, and I look forward to seeing &quot;what&#039;s next&quot; for you, too!
