YoPlus Light: Review and Giveaway

MyBlogSpark sent me a YoPlus Light gift pack last week, including a couple of coupons to try the yogurt for free.  I eat a lot of yogurt, but admittedly, I had never tried the YoPlus line from Yoplait.  The YoPlus yogurts are loaded with natural dietary fiber (3 grams/10% daily value) and probiotic cultures, aiding your digestive health.  And really, it was the fiber that made me a bit unsure of trying the yogurt in the past.  I have no idea why, but I had this idea in my mind that the added fiber would make the yogurt taste bad.  So with much trepidation, I bought the yogurt and gave it a try.

To my surprise, YoPlus actually tasted good.  And the YoPlus Light only has 70 calories.  Not bad, eh?   The YoPlus Light yogurt is available in three flavors- strawberry banana, honey vanilla, and (yum!) key lime pie.

My church has a wonderful workout facility that I go to everyday and for one hour I walk with my sisters’ in christ. I find it very rewarding and I love the money that I would save if I was a member of a gym.
