MyBlogSpark sent me a YoPlus Light gift pack last week, including a couple of coupons to try the yogurt for free. I eat a lot of yogurt, but admittedly, I had never tried the YoPlus line from Yoplait. The YoPlus yogurts are loaded with natural dietary fiber (3 grams/10% daily value) and probiotic cultures, aiding your digestive health. And really, it was the fiber that made me a bit unsure of trying the yogurt in the past. I have no idea why, but I had this idea in my mind that the added fiber would make the yogurt taste bad. So with much trepidation, I bought the yogurt and gave it a try.
To my surprise, YoPlus actually tasted good. And the YoPlus Light only has 70 calories. Not bad, eh? The YoPlus Light yogurt is available in three flavors- strawberry banana, honey vanilla, and (yum!) key lime pie.

I try to keep lots of fresh fruit and veggies washed and ready to eat so it’s more appealing.
I eat ground turkey instead of beef to stay healthy. We also bake and grill everything instead of fry.
