Have you signed up for RecycleBank.com yet?  (It’s super quick and easy!)  RecycleBank is a curbside recycling rewards program that’s available in Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee and Virginia, but anyone- no matter where you live- can sign up!

If you’re in a location offering the RecycleBank rewards program, you’ll receive points each week for the amount of recycling you do, but you’ll also get 100 points credited to your account just for signing up.  Even if RecycleBank is not currently operating in your area, you’ll still receive the points.

And 100 points goes quite a distance on RecycleBank!  While gift cards and retail/restaurant coupons are available for more than the initial 100 points given, you can find plenty of great “buys” with those sign-up points.  Here are some things you can get with the 100 points right now on RecycleBank:

-Free Happy Baby toddler and baby food items- 40-50 pts
-$5/1 Huggies diapers coupon- 50 pts
-$1/1 off any Coke, Powerade, or Dasani product  (should be able to get some drinks for free after coupon)- 10 pts
-Free Seventh Generation dish liquid- 50 pts
-Free Seventh Generation all-purpose cleaner- 100 pts
-Free Seventh Generation baby wipes (size not specified)- 75 pts
-$2 off any Cascadian Farm product- 20 pts
-Free Clean Well product- 100 pts
-One year subscription to Seventeen magazine- 80 pts

And I’m sure there are plenty of other good rewards finds too!  That’s just what I found with a couple of minutes of poking around the site.

With my 100 points, I’ll be receiving a $5/1 Huggies coupon and a coupon for free Seventh Generation dish soap in the mail soon  Now I’m just hoping the recycling program will come to my neighborhood soon!
