Update: The Bumkins are sold out now, but you can still sign up for bTrendie to get your $10 credit. Looks like they have some neat companies being featured in the next week!
We don’t cloth diaper, but this price sure does make me consider it… Maybe I’ll buy a pack to give it a try.
bTrendie has 3-packs of Bumkins clothe diapers on sale for $34.99. Plus, when you sign up for bTrendie (or if you signed up when I share last week), you’ll get a $10 credit in your account instantly, making these diapers just $24.99. Shipping is $6.95, so you total after the credit will be $31.94.
If you missed my post on bTrendie last week, you can check it out here. Even if you don’t want the Bumkins, you can sign up for bTrendie and use the $10 credit for another purchase. The $10 can be used toward shipping too!
Hurry, I think these will sell out fast!

Cloth diapers are a HUGE money saver (as long as you don’t mind doing the laundry)! Those Bumkins are so much cuter than the ones I already have (BumGenius), I’m sad I missed this deal! I like bTrendie, thanks for the tip.
How many cloth diapers do you typically need if you’re going to go that route? I imagine you use more than you would disposable, right?
Isn’t bTrendie a neat site? Since I found it last week, I’ve enjoyed checking in every couple days to see what sales they’re offering. I’ve seen some super cute gift ideas on there too.

I went with BumGenius because they were adjustable and used the same diapers on my son from 4 mo – 2.5 years. I got 20 at about $17 a piece. I used about 6-8 a day. If I were smarter I’m sure I could have found a better deal shopping around, but I plan to use them for my next child, too, so that right there saves a lot of money. In addition I bought a wastebasket, washable basket liners and waterproof travel bags for the dirties. There is also the cost of detergent and washing a load every other day. I don’t know what that comes out to, $500?
P.S. I bought a set, I’m pretty sure it was the last of the boys collections. Thanks for the updated link!
I use cloth diapers as well. at first i just had the cheaper traditional kind, which was a pain!!! not to mention they didn’t really fit my son when he was a newborn. Then my mom got me a set of bum genius ajustables and i bought another set to give me 24 in all. My son is now almost 2 yrs old and still using them. They are such a breeze to use and wash. I do still use disposables when we go out, just because i don’t want to lug around dirty diapers. I wish i had seen the deal earlier as well b/c some of my diapers won’t make it to our next child.. Melissa, do you have any problems with the velcro on your diapers not being as sticky after lots of use? I’ve not had a problem with leaking, but now the velcro on a couple doesn’t work so well.
Same here, the velcro is my #1 issue. I wasn’t sure if it was because I wasn’t folding them down to wash and they would stick to everything in the dryer. But I was talking to a friend and she said she’d contacted the company and actually got some free replacements. I’m thinking of trying that when I break them out in a few months for #2.
