Dana Adams is married to her high school sweetheart, Ryan. She is a stay at home mom to a spirited daughter, Sadie, and a newborn son, Jack. Dana lives in a tiny community near Charlottesville, Virginia. While she is passionate about living on less and helping other families do the same, her greatest priorities in life remain her faith in Christ and caring for her family.

Besides finding the best deals (and blogging about them!), Dana enjoys working with the youth group at their church alongside her husband, taking part in a local mom’s club, staying up-to-date on politics, catching up with friends, and eating Italian food!

About Mrs. Moneysaver

Mrs. Moneysaver (formerly titled Frugal in Virginia) began out of Dana’s journey toward simple living. Both fresh out of college and with a new baby, frugality became a way of life for Ryan and Dana. Dana’s decision to stay at home with Sadie meant finding new ways to stretch one income to meet the needs of a growing family, while continuing to give and save for the future. At the end of the day, it came down to learning to be content in little or in abundance. And while Dana and Ryan have not mastered this important life lesson, it’s something they strive toward.
