7/4/10 I called Kmart in my area, stores that are listed as participating; they don’t know anything about this event! Called customer service for kmart stores and they didn’t know either. Where was this event advertised? How did you find out about it?

The list was sent out by email last week to those who had signed up (and provided their email) for the Shop Your Way rewards program.

First, I suggest calling 1-888-KMART4U once again to complain.

I also suggest that you still try taking part in the Double Coupons event at your local participating (even if they don’t know it) Kmart. My guess is that the coupons will double automatically at the register (as long as you use your Shop Your Way rewards card) even though the store doesn’t know about it.

Please keep me updated. Kmart is pretty infamous for their poor customer service, so unfortunately, this Double Coupons lack of communication doesn’t surprise me.
